Cinnaminson High School Basketball Teams Advance in Playoffs
The boys and girls teams each advanced Tuesday night.

Both Cinnaminson High School basketball teams remained alive in their pursuit of championships Tuesday night.
The Cinnaminson High School girls basketball team entered the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs as the No. 1 seed, and had no problem dispatching No. 16 Buena, 60-16, in the first round, according to nj.com.
The Pirates will host No. 8 Lower Cape May in the quarterfinals on Thursday night, 6 p.m.

Marisa DiLeo led Cinnaminson with a game-high 17 points, including four, three-pointers. Anne O’Malley had 12 points, followed by Fiona Flynn with 10.
The Pirates held the Chiefs to five points in each of the first three quarters, and one point in the fourth.

The fifth-seeded Cinnaminson High School boys basketball team defeated No. 12 Cedar Creek, 55-45, to advance to the quarterfinals, according to nj.com.
Cinnaminson visits No. 4 Woodstown on Thursday.
The game was tied at 34-34 heading into the final quarter, but Cinnaminson outscored Cedar Creek, 21-11, over the final eight minutes.
Devon Taylor led the way with 17 points, followed by Will Cabbler with 13. Pat McCarthy knocked down 10 points in the win.
