Cinnaminson High School Boys Basketball Team Among State's Unbeatens: Sports Roundup
Both basketball teams and the wrestling team are off to fast starts this season.

At 6-0, the Cinnaminson High School boys basketball team is one of the 26 remaining undefeated teams in the state, according to nj.com.
Most recently, the Pirates defeated Pennsauken Tech, 67-47, and Florence, 52-38.
Rich Rickus and Devon Taylor each scored 14 points in the win over Pennsauken Tech on Jan. 5. Conor Bresnahan had 13 points, followed by Pat McCarthy, who had 12. Cinnaminson led, 22-13, at the end of the first quarter and never looked back.

Two days later, Bresnahan dropped 19 points to lead the Pirates over Florence. Rickus had 15 points in the win. Cinnaminson trailed by two after one, but came seized the halftime lead and never looked back.
Cinnaminson’s other wins have come against Riverside, Delran, Salem and New Foundations (PA).

The girls basketball team is also off to a fast start at 5-2, according to nj.com. It’s won two in a row, defeating Medford Tech, 69-20, and Florence, 59-41.
Marisa DiLeo had 25 of Cinnaminson’s 69 points in the win over Medford Tech, and Cinnaminson led 39-7 at halftime.
DiLeo had 24 points in Cinnaminson’s win over Florence, which the Pirates blew open with a 15-9 third quarter.
The wrestling team is off to a 3-1 start following a 42-28 win over Edison, according to nj.com.
The Pirates saw pinfall victories from Isaiah Elias (113), Ryan Teague (138), Michael Dunleavy (160), Eren Baysal (182) and heavyweight Keith Swartley.
