Cinnaminson High School Girls Soccer Team Earns Top Seed In Group 2 Playoffs
The boys are the No. 13 seed, and begin their playoff run on the road.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- The road to the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 girls soccer championship goes through Cinnaminson High School.
The Pirates are the No. 1 seed in the 16-team tournament, and will host No. 16 Lower Cape May in the first round, to be played by Nov. 1, according to brackets posted on nj.com.
The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 8 Cedar Creek and No. 9 Oakcrest on Nov. 4. The semifinals are scheduled for Nov. 8, and the championship game is set for Nov. 11.

Cinnaminson is 15-2-1, and didn’t lose a game until Oct. 13, when the Pirates dropped a 3-2 decision at Rancocas Valley. Cinnaminson won 12 games via shutout, and played Williamstown to a 0-0 tie to open the season. Lower Cape May is 5-11.

Meanwhile, the Cinnaminson boys enter the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 tournament as the No. 13 seed.
The Pirates visit No. 4 Sterling in the first round, to be played by Oct. 31.
The winner plays the winner of the game between No. 5 Robbinsville and No. 12 Pleasantville on Nov. 3. The semifinals are scheduled for Nov. 7, and the championship game is set for Nov. 10.

Cinnaminson is 6-9-1 this season. Sterling is 13-4-1.
