Cinnaminson High School Wrestling Team Earns No. 5 Seed In Playoffs
The Pirates visit West Deptford in the first round on Monday, according to nj.com.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson High School wrestling team begins its playoff journey on the road.
The fifth-seeded Pirates will visit No. 4 West Deptford in the first round of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs, according to the bracket posted on nj.com. The match is Monday, Feb. 6, 7 p.m.
The winner faces the winner of the match between No. 1 Collingswood and No. 8 Oakcrest in the semifinals on Feb. 8. The championship match is Friday, Feb. 10, and the State Group Championships are Feb. 12 at Pine Belt Arena.

As of Tuesday afternoon, Cinnaminson was 11-5, with losses at still unbeaten Paulsboro and at Kingsway, the top seed in South Jersey Group 4, according to nj.com.

The Pirates won seven matches by at least 30 points, including lopsided victories over Atlantic City and Group 3 playoff team Pemberton.
The Pirates finished third as a team at both the Nottingham Tournament to open the season and the Arthur O. Marinelli Tournament in Egg Harbor Township in November.
