Cinnaminson Jr. Cheerleaders to Compete for National Title in Disney World

Cinnaminson finished second in their division at the regional competition in Trenton on Saturday.

The Pop Warner Cinnaminson Jr. Midget Cheerleaders are on their way to Disney World.

The cheerleaders will compete for the national championship after finishing second in their division at the Eastern Regional Championships in Trenton on Saturday.

They competed against teams from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C.

The team will arrive in Disney on Dec. 7, with the competition set for Dec. 10.

This is the second time in history the Pop Warner Cinnaminson Jr. Midget Cheerleaders are sending a team to compete for a national championship.

Cheerleaders on the team are: Alexa-Marie Allen, Hannah D’Arcy, Rachel Delp, Lauren DiGiacomo, Kylie Hess, Grace McCarron, Leyna McCaw, Marissa Neef, Whitney Nguyen, Lily Nichols, Emily Perry, Cierra Rickus, Natalie Stein and Leah Turner.

The coaching staff is made up of: Kim McCarron, Megan Shemeley, Alyssa Birbeck,Casey Hanstein, Julia Birbeck and Rachel Walters.

The team will be holding fundraisers over the next three weeks, and have set up a Go Fund Me page that can be accessed by clicking here.
