Genstein’s business model focuses on providing quality care, limiting the number of client appointments on her daily schedule. By following this business practice, Genstein spends more time with pets during each visit, and is able to accommodate the individual needs of each animal.

Genstein is recognized for exceptional patience, compassion, an innate understanding of and ability to connect with animals, easily befriending those extremely fearful and deemed aggressive. Through her gentle hands-on approach, animals accept having their teeth brushed, nails clipped, and ears cleaned, which are among many inclusive services Genstein provides.

Genstein’s attention to detail conceived the technique “buggy huggies.” Disguised as a massage, she examines each pet from nose to tail, bringing significant health concerns to light by finding foreign matter, lumps, and dental disease often requiring veterinary care.

Genstein’s work provides immense benefits for her clients and pets, but her contributions do not stop there. She is an active member of Tri-Boro CERT and has received training through CART and FEMA, under the Office of Emergency Management.

A regular participant in community outreach, Genstein raises awareness to wellness and preventative care, appropriate nutrition and product recalls, pet-related hazards and safety.

She authors blogs for PetsitUSA and I‘ve Got the ‘Scoop‘!, appeared as “Expert Pet Sitter” at Cinnaminson Pet Valu, and launched and organizes South Jersey’s Annual Pet Wellness Symposium in Palmyra, an annual fundraiser benefitting animals requiring medical care.

Genstein supports many non-profit animal welfare organizations and actively raises money to donate FIDO Bags to fire departments, including oxygen masks and essentials designed specifically for animals. First aid/CPR training is also provided to first responders by a veterinarian.

“Building relationships and spending time with my furry babies brightens my days. I love to learn what makes each pet happy and provides them comfort in the absence of their family. By assessing pets in their home environment, I’m able to help enrich their lives and enhance relationships between parents and pets.”

Genstein is a respected professional pet sitter and referred by veterinarians, parents, pet professionals and animal rescues. To learn more about Lori Genstein and I’ve Got the ‘Scoop’!, LLC, visit IveGotTheScoop.net Connect with her on Facebook at Facebook.com/IveGotTheScoopLLC.
