Cinnaminson Police Investigate Pair Of Burglaries

The burglaries took place on Saturday afternoon at unoccupied homes.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson police are investigating a pair of burglaries at unoccupied homes that took place Saturday afternoon. Police responded to a home burglar alarm at about 2:20 p.m. in the area of Winding Lane and Buttonwood Lane, the Cinnaminson Police Department announced. Upon arrival, officers discovered that two homes had been burglarized.

Police offered a description of a suspect, who they believe drove around the neighborhood looking for unoccupied houses. Once he found these homes, he kicked in the front door, police said. The suspect is described as a heavy-set white male, unknown clothing description, driving in what appears to be a black Ford F-150 Quad-cab with unknown New Jersey registration.

Anyone with a home surveillance system that may have captured this vehicle or the suspect in the area are asked to call the Cinnaminson Police Department’s non-emergency number at 856-829-6666 to report it. Cinnaminson police remind everyone that if they see any suspicious activity in their area to please call immediately.
