Cinnaminson Police Investigate Uptick In Car Burglaries
Cinnaminson police are providing tips to residents as the township and the surrounding area see an increase in car burglaries.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson police are providing tips to residents as the township and the surrounding area see an increase in car burglaries. Police on Friday morning provided the following tips to keep your car safe:
- Close your windows and LOCK your doors
- Remove all valuables or place them in your trunk
- Do not leave keys in your vehicle
- Do not leave your vehicle running
- Immediately call 9-1-1 for crimes in progress
- Call 856-829-6666 to report suspicious activity or if you have video which may assist Cinnaminson police with an investigation
“The success of the Cinnaminson Township Police Department is enhanced by the active involvement of Cinnaminson residents,” police said in a statement. “When you call to report suspicious activity, you are helping the Police Department and helping to make your neighborhood a safer place to live, work and play.”
