Cinnaminson Sets Schedule For Brush, Bulk Trash Collection

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson has released details about its bulk trash and brush collections for October.

The township’s brush collection for Section 1 will be collected the week of Oct. 5, township officials announced. Section 2 will be collected the week of Oct. 12; Section 3 will be collected the week of Oct. 19; and Section 4 will be collected the week of Oct. 26.

Brush should be placed curbside no more than seven days before the Monday of the collection week and should not be placed within 10 feet of a storm drain inlet.

The Public Works brush yard will be open to residents only, and not to contractors, beginning in November, but residents should contact the Public Works Department ahead of time.

Bulk trash collection for October will take place Oct. 7 and 8. Bulk items include furniture, mattresses, tied carpeting (cut into 4’ lengths), windows, nonmetal outdoor furniture, plastic children’s toys and bundled wood planks (4’ and under).

Trash bags are not considered bulk trash and should be disposed of through regular trash collection in the authorized Cinnaminson Township trash container.
