Cinnaminson Tackling Improvement Projects
Work includes road improvements and upgrades to tennis courts and the police station.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- Cinnaminson Committee has appropriated $2.2 million for work on roads, sidewalks, tennis courts and a police security system, among other upgrades. It also issued $1.91 million in general obligation bonds for work Mayor John McCarthy said needs to be done, the Burlington County Times reports.
A total of $105,000 was set aside in the municipal budget to cover the down payment, and the rest will be borrowed, according to the report. About $900,000 will be used for road improvements, according to the report.
Other work includes $220,000 for work on the tennis courts at Wood Park, and $170,000 for the acquisition and installation of an entry door and security system at the police station.
