Why are you seeking office?

My wife and I are raising our three children here in Cinnaminson, and my family is my greatest inspiration and motivation for seeking office.

I want to help ensure that Cinnaminson remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family while continuing to build and strengthen our community. I believe there are several areas of the Township that need improvement, including infrastructure, small business development, transparency, communication, and community engagement.

Unfortunately, I do not believe we have seen the progress needed in these areas over the past few years, and I want to help move our Township forward.

What additional measures would you suggest to build on one or two things that are done right now within the township?

My focus is on continuing to develop the Route 130 corridor by filling vacant storefronts and shopping centers and attracting businesses that meet the needs of our residents and are committed to investing in Cinnaminson for the long term.

I would also like to strengthen our environmental initiatives by establishing a Green Team and increasing the Township's participation in the Sustainable Jersey program.

These efforts would help us improve our community, support responsible development, and create a stronger foundation for Cinnaminson's future.

If you were to start your own board or commission, what would it be for and why? What issues would you want to address, or areas would you want to highlight?

I believe there is a significant opportunity to expand the Township's committees and create more opportunities for community engagement.

One committee I would like to establish is a Community Relations and Outreach Committee focused on strengthening the relationship between municipal government and residents across all neighborhoods in Cinnaminson.

Many residents feel that their concerns are not being heard by the current municipal government. My goal would be to help bridge that gap, encourage open dialogue, and ensure residents have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect their community.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I am running for Township Committee alongside Zach Sireci because I believe Cinnaminson needs a fresh perspective and a renewed focus on making our Township work for everyone.

That means attracting small businesses and bringing in the types of businesses our residents want and need. It also means building a stronger sense of community that includes residents from every neighborhood and ensuring our municipal government is accessible, responsive, and accountable to the people it serves.

I want to help create a Township where every resident feels heard, represented, and invested in our community's future.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence that you can handle this job?

In my professional career, I serve as an attorney representing townships and other public entities. Through this work, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges townships face and have worked with elected officials on issues affecting communities throughout New Jersey.

I have also attended hundreds of public Township meetings, giving me firsthand insight into how government operates and how decisions affect residents. This experience has provided me with a practical understanding of local government and the knowledge necessary to contribute meaningfully to the Township Committee from day one.

What's a motto you live your life by?

A quote from my favorite novel, "The Great Gatsby," has inspired me ever since I read it, and it is something I try to live by. It says, “Whenever you feel like criticizing anyone, just remember that all the people in this world haven’t had the advantages that you’ve had.”

What does it mean to you to represent Cinnaminson?

To me, representing Cinnaminson means listening to and engaging with residents in every neighborhood and working to deliver meaningful results for the entire community.

It means ensuring that all residents have a voice and that their concerns are taken seriously. It also means maintaining open, transparent, and accessible channels of communication so residents stay informed about Township decisions, initiatives, and developments.

Ultimately, I believe representation is about being accountable to the people who put their trust in you and working every day to make Cinnaminson a better place for everyone.
