Cinnaminson Wrestling Team Captures Individual Titles At Nottingham Tournament

The girls basketball team is 1-1, and the boys dropped their home opener, according to nj.com.

Cinnaminson, NJ -- The Cinnaminson High School wrestling team opened the season strong, with a pair of individual titles at the Nottingham Tournament over the weekend, according to nj.com.

Ryan Teague pinned Matt Mustillo, of Manalapan, in 58 second to win the 145-pound championship.

Keith Swartley won the heavyweight title with a 15-5 major decision win over Anthony Goodman, of Marple Newton High School in Pennsylvania, in the final.

Cinnaminson’s Jahmil Williams advanced to the 138-pound final, but fell to Seneca’s Dale Worrell, 3-2.

Cinnaminson finished third as a team with 152 points. Manalapan won the team title with 209 points.

Cinnaminson opens its dual meet season on Thursday at home against Moorestown, 6 p.m.

The girls basketball team is 1-1 so far this season, according to box scores posted on nj.com.

The girls opened the season with a 3-point win over Trenton Catholic on Friday. Cinnaminson won, 54-51.

On Saturday, the Pirates fell to Salem, 55-41, at the Spartan Classic at Deptford High School.
Fiona Flynn had 19 points in the loss.

Cinnaminson visits Burlington City on Tuesday, 5:15 p.m.

The boys basketball team fell to Bordentown, 81-43, in the season opener on Friday, according to nj.com.

Connor Bresnahan had 18 points, including three three-pointers in the loss.

Cinnaminson was set to host Pennsauken Tech Monday night, 5:15 p.m.
