Cinnaminson Wrestling Team Improves to 13-0

The Cinnaminson High School wrestling team remained unbeaten with three wins at a quad meet last weekend, according to nj.com.

The Pirates defeated Hillsborough, 41-23; Lower Cape May 66-8; and Allentown, 62-18. Cinnaminson improved to 13-0.

Shaun Davila secured a pinfall victory in each of his three matches at 170 pounds.

At 160, Pat Morton picked up pinfall wins against Allentown and Lower Cape May, and scored a 3-0 decision victory over Hillsborough’s Alex Hunt.

Isaiah Ellis (113) scored a major decision victory over Hillsborough’s Anthony Donnadio and pinned Allentown’s Sebastian Rizzo. He picked up a forfeit victory over Lower Cape May.

Ryan Teague (126) pinned Allentown’s Isaiah Siaz, scored a major decision over Hillsborough’s Kevin Gallego and defeated Lower Cape May’s Tyler Horton by technical fall.

Anthony Pencock (132) pinned Allentown’s Thomas Weitz and scored a major decision over Hillsborough’s Michael Dooley. He picked up a forfeit victory over Lower Cape May.

Zack Sireci (182) edged Allentown’s Zach Turner, 4-3, and scored a technical fall against Hillsborough. He picked up a forfeit victory over Lower Cape May.

Tom Halecki (220) pinned Lower Cape May’s Will Sandman, and picked up forfeits in the other two matches.

Heavyweight Keith Swartley pinned Lower Cape May’s Joshua Antorino, and picked up forfeits in the other two matches.
