Cinnaminson's Lily Nichols To Lead Vegan Sushi Class In Hammonton This Weekend

The class is at Kitchen 19 Saturday morning.

Cinnaminson’s Lily Nichols is teaching a cooking class this weekend. Nichols, an eighth grader at Cinnaminson Middle School who won $10,000 on the reality TV show “Chopped,” will lead a Vegan cooking class at Kitchen 19 in Hammonton, Atlantic County, on Saturday, April 1, 11 a.m.-noon.

Specifically, Nichols will lead a class on cooking Vegan Sushi, a Kitchen 19 specialty. Students will cut their vegetables prepare the herb dip and roll up their sushi for a delicious snack to prepare at home using a variety of vegetables for their own custom sushi.

Kids will also get a healthy juice and milk to enjoy with their sushi. The class is geared toward children ages 4-8. Two assistants will be on hand to help, but parents and guardians are invited to stay and watch.
