Community Invited to Samaritan Art Exhibit
Local Painter Julie Kayati Smith Showcases Seascapes, Lighthouses, and Fishing Boats
Julie Kayati Smith of Atco, NJ will showcase her artwork at the Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice Inpatient Art Gallery from now through February 28. The exhibit features 18 of her pieces and a portion of each sale will benefit Samaritan’s programs and services.
Smith, a painter, taught art in the public school system for thirty years. Currently, she gives art lessons in her home to interested artists. Smith works in a variety of media including watercolors, acrylics, and pastels. Subject matters include tranquil nature scenes discovered at the Jersey Shore, in Maine, and other travel destinations.
She is a member of several local arts organizations. Her award-winning work has been shown all around South Jersey including Ocean City, Stone Harbor, Millville, Medford, Mount Holly, and Gloucester County.

The public is invited to view the exhibit seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Samaritan Inpatient Hospice Center Gallery is located on the second floor of Virtua Memorial, 175 Madison Avenue in Mount Holly, NJ.
