Deadline For Businesses To Take Part In Cinnaminson Day Extended

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The deadline for businesses to submit an application to participate in this year’s Cinnaminson Day event has been extended. The new deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 17, township officials announced. The deadline date had been Sept. 9. No reason was given for the new deadline.

Cinnaminson Day will take place on Sunday, Sept. 29, noon to 3 p.m. at Wood Park. The rain date is Oct. 6. The annual celebration of all things Cinnaminson includes a car show, rides, food, games and entertainment.

Last year's turnout included not just residents from Cinnaminson, but also from Moorestown, Riverton and Palmyra, according to a letter from the township announcing this year's event.

The cost to reserve a table for Cinnaminson Day is $10. Chairs, electricity and any other items needed for the display are the responsibility of the individual participating organization. Participants may begin arriving at 8 a.m., and must be finished setting up by 10 a.m.

Participating vendors must park at the Memorial School located at 2195 Riverton Road or Pomona Swim Club located at Pomona Road and Branch Pike. A copy of the application can be used for parking validation.
