DIYers In Cinnaminson – This Auction Might Have Something For You

The township is holding an auction Saturday to sell some of its surplus property, the municipality's website said.

CINNAMINSON, NJ – Need a used car that might need a little TLC? How about a snowplow that may need a little mechanical help?

The Township of Cinnaminson is auctioning off some surplus merchandise this Saturday. Besides those cars and snowplows, tools, tires and other items do-it-yourselfers might find useful will be sold to the highest bidder.

All items are being sold “as-is, without express or implied warranties,” the township said.

“Funds from the sale of vehicles and equipment will be placed in the township’s general fund which will subsequently be appropriated in a future municipal budget,” Eric Schubiger, the township manager told Patch.

Depending on the township’s future needs, funds from the auction would be used to help buy a dump truck, service truck, mowers and leaf collection equipment, he added.
