Worker Assaulted During Robbery At Burlington County 7-Eleven: Police
Authorities say they're seeking the identities of 2 people who fled the store with multiple boxes of cigarettes.

MARLTON, NJ — Police are seeking two people accused of robbing a 7-Eleven on Monday night in Marlton. One of them repeatedly punched an employee, officials said.
The unidentified male and female entered the store (2 E Main St.) at about 9:10 p.m., according to the Evesham Police Department. After nearly 30 minutes of shopping, the male went behind the counter and took a box of cigarettes, while the female tried to distract the 7-Eleven employee, authorities said.
The employee tried to stop the theft. But the male assaulted the worker, punching them multiple times, according to law enforcement.

The male and female then fled with multiple boxes of cigarettes, authorities said. They were last seen leaving the parking lot in a gray, unknown vehicle, according to police.
