CINNAMINSON, NJ — Here's a look at some upcoming events at the Cinnaminson Library for the week of Dec. 30, 2019 through Jan. 4, 2020. Each event's description comes from the library's website. Click the name of each event for more information. The library will be closed on New Year’s Day.

Monday, Dec. 30, 2019
The Magic of Jake Strong, 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Families are invited to join us for the Magic of Jake Strong! This youthful magician has been wowing audiences for a couple of years now. Cinnaminson Library is proud to host Jake Strong on December 30th at 2pm. Registration is not required.

The Open Book Club, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: This month, we will be discussing The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff. The Book Group meets in the Cinnaminson Branch Library meeting room the last Monday of every month, 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M., unless otherwise noted. New members are always welcome.

Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019
Tai Chi, 10:30 a.m. to noon: This is a beginner’s course in Qigong and Tai Chi, slow, gentle forms of exercise that help increase energy, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Those who suffer from bad posture, stiff joints, tension and instability should find the course especially helpful. No special equipment or attire required other than loose-fitting clothing and soft, flat-bottom shoes. This program is for adults only.

Countdown to Noon, 11:30 a.m.: Five, four, three, two...NOON! Tucker out the kids way before the last few minutes of 2019—at Countdown to Noon! Crafts, games, music and more! Registration is not required.

Anime Club, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Love anime, manga and graphic novels? We do too! Teens ages 13 - 18 are invited to our monthly Anime Club. Join us in watching and discussing the latest anime, and working on other projects.
