Fireworks Set To Dazzle Cinnaminson National Night Out

Fireworks are set to go off at Wood Park in Cinnaminson for National Night Out.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — A fireworks display will cap this year's National Night Out event in Cinnaminson. National Night Out is set for Tuesday, Aug. 6, 6:30 p.m. at Wood Park, at the corner of Pomona and Riverton roads.

In addition to the fireworks show, Cinnaminson police announced a number of other activities that will be held as part of National Night Out, an initiative in which people in towns across the country gather at their homes, on their streets and at their local community centers in recognition of their support of the community.

These include a DJ, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, laser tag, face painting, two mechanical bulls, a zipline, a rock wall, a carnival slide and two inflatable American Ninja obstacle courses.

Food will include burgers, hot dogs, sausage and peppers, pretzels, grilled cheese, donuts, shaved ice and gelato. Fireworks will be presented by Riggs Distler.

Pomona Road will be closed to all traffic at Riverton Road and Saint Charles Place. Local non-thru traffic will be allowed to enter Pomona Road from Branch Pike.

There will be parking at the Memorial School parking lot by the soccer fields and in the Saint Charles parking lot. There will be handicapped parking in the Memorial School parking lot closest to Wood Park.

There will be bus service from the Cinnaminson Middle School and the Memorial Park parking lots.
