First Fundraiser For 'Paint The Town Pink' Campaign Is Next Week At Rita's In Cinnaminson
Twenty percent of proceeds will go to the annual Breast Cancer Awareness campaign.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Fire Department will host the first fundraiser of the year for its annual “Paint the Town Pink” breast cancer awareness campaign next week.
Residents are invited to stop by Rita’s Water Ice at 1811 Cinnaminson Avenue on Tuesday, Aug. 29, between noon and 9 p.m. Firefighters will be on hand — rain or shine — to take selfies with residents. Residents can also enjoy treats, and 20 percent of proceeds during that time will benefit the campaign.
This is the seventh year of the fire department’s “Paint the Town Pink” campaign. This year’s campaign benefits Virtua’s Tyanna Barre O’Brien Breast Care Comfort Fund, as well as the Rebecca A. Scott Memorial Scholarship Fund, according to the Cinnaminson Sun.
