Former Burlington County Resident Charged With Providing Child Pornography
Dale Clark, 35, of West Point, Virginia, was charged with one count of second degree endangering the welfare of children.

A former resident of Burlington County has been charged with emailing photographs of juveniles engaging in sexual acts with adults, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi announced Monday evening.
Dale Clark, 35, of West Point, Virginia, was charged with one count of second degree endangering the welfare of children. Clark is a former resident of the Browns Mills section of Pemberton Township.
In March, the Lumberton Township Police Department was alerted to an item that had been posted in the personal section of a classified advertising website.

A detective from the Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit used an undercover
identity to make contact with the person who made the post.

The detective subsequently was emailed several photographs of underage girls engaging in sexual acts with adult men. The investigation determined that the sender of the emails was Clark, Bernardi said.
Police in West Point, Virginia, arrested Clark on April 9. He waived extradition to New Jersey. The Burlington County Sheriff’s Department arranged for his transport to the Burlington County Jail, where he is currently incarcerated on $75,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
