Freedom from Worry and Anxiety with Brahma Kumaris
Free interactive session to discover the causes of our worries and find peace. Saturday April 18 from 11 AM - 2 PM.

The Meditation Center at 910 Riverton Road in Cinnaminson will be hosting a workshop entitled “Freedom from Worries and Anxiety” on Saturday, April 18, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm followed by light lunch.
Worries and anxiety are something we experience from time to time. We all generate them and as we don’t dispose them properly, they start to pile up and overtake our lives. They cut a channel into which all other thoughts are drained thereby interfering our dreams, hopes, desires, and progress.
But that doesn’t mean that there is nothing you can do. You have more control than what you think. You can find energizing moments in each aspect of your life, but to do so you must learn how to keep your spirit uplifted while taking on challenges coming your way.

This workshop will help you discover the underlying cause of worry and anxiety and how to access our inner treasures to conquer and cure these tendencies. This is the time to experiment with ourselves and see if we can maintain a sense of tranquility and peace no matter what is going on around us.
The facilitator, Sandhya Kanthan, is a student and teacher of Raja Yoga. Her professional background is in Information Technology. Sandhya has a Master’s Degree in Theoretical Mathematics and enjoys creating workshops and sessions in which spiritual principles are applied to worldly knowledge.
