Georgia Man Charged Following Pursuit Through Burlington County

A Georgia man was captured early Thursday morning after leading police on a chase through parts of Burlington County, the Burlington County Times reports.

Bryant Smith, 20, with eluding, obstruction of justice, receiving stolen property, and numerous motor vehicle offenses after leading police on a chase on Route 130 through Florence and Burlington City, according to the report.

The chase ended when he hit another car and a pole. He attempted to flee, but was captured. He sustained minor injuries, but no one else was hurt in the crash, according to the report.

The car was reportedly stolen from Brooklyn, NY.
