Grant Funding For Burlington County Arts Programs Now Available

Funding is for any arts related activities that take place in the 2018 calendar year.

Grant funding is now available for non-profit arts organizations and community groups that offer arts programming to Burlington County residents, Freeholder Linda Hughes announced. The funding is available for arts-related activities that will take in the 2018 calendar year.

“Aimed at making the arts an affordable and integral part of the community, these grant dollars are offered by Burlington County in partnership with the New Jersey State Council on the Arts through the Local Arts Program,” Hughes said. “First-time applicants may be eligible for grants up to $1,000 each, and organizations that have a prior grant history with Burlington County may be eligible for grants up to $8,000 each. All grant awards require matching applicant funds.”

Those who are unfamiliar with the grant process can enroll in a free workshop that will take place on Thursday, Aug. 24, 6 p.m., at the Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery located at 803 Smithville Road in Eastampton.
