Local Woman Reverses Osteoporosis Through TruBody Lifestyle

When she joined TruBody in 2021, the first thing she completed was our TruBody Reset 30—a foundational 30-day program that teaches individuals how to nourish their bodies, rebuild strength, and implement long-term healing. Although Darcy already ate a health-conscious diet, her body was still deeply malnourished at the cellular level.
