High School Teacher Charged With Child Porn Possession
David Rodriguez, a biology teacher in Cumberland County, was arrested at his home in Evesham on Wednesday.
A 52-year-old Evesham resident who is employed as a public high school teacher in Cumberland County has been charged with possession of child pornography, Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Evesham Township Police Chief Christopher Chew said on Wednesday.
David L. Rodriguez, a biology teacher at Cumberland Regional High School in Upper Deerfield Township, was charged with one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of children.
He allegedly used an online cloud service to upload photos and videos depicting child pornography. Many of the images allegedly depicted pre-pubescent and underage boys engaging in sexual acts.

He was arrested at his home on Wednesday following the execution of a search warrant.
He was placed in the Burlington County Jail on $15,000 bail.
