Judge Paves Way for Cinnaminson Wal-Mart Expansion
An Appellate Division Court upheld a lower court's ruling in favor of the retail giant this week, the Burlington County Times reports.
A New Jersey Appellate Division court affirmed a lower court’s ruling that helps pave the way for an expansion of the Wal-Mart on Route 130, the Burlington County Times reports.
Wal-Mart can exceed signage size limits and allot fewer loading spaces than the amount required by law to allow for an expansion of over 23,000 square feet to allow for a grocery section, outdoor garden and new entrances, according to the report.
