CINNAMINSON, NJ — The new coronavirus outbreak in New Jersey and across the nation is having vast impacts in Cinnaminson, including the closure of schools and many businesses.

As of Monday morning, there were 577 cases of new coronavirus in Burlington County, including nine in Cinnaminson. There were 13 fatalities in the county altogether, including one in Cinnaminson.

Statewide, there are 41,090 cases and 1,003 fatalities as of Monday afternoon.

SCHOOLS
All schools in New Jersey remain closed in response to the new coronavirus outbreak, state officials said. MORE.

Federal social distancing restrictions remain at least until April 30, and the state is expected to provide additional guidance by April 17.

Therefore, the school district announced that it is amending this year’s spring, break. There will be no school on April 10, and there will be a catch up and collaboration day on April 13 in which there will be no new work assigned to students.

Remote learning will resume on April 14 and continue until further notice. The last day of school will be June 11. For more information, visit the school district’s website.
