CINNAMINSON, NJ — The new coronavirus outbreak in New Jersey and across the nation is having vast impacts in Cinnaminson, including the closure of schools and many businesses.

As of Monday, Burlington County has 1,153 cases countywide, with 24 deaths and 88 residents cleared from quarantine. The total number of cases in Cinnaminson is now 27, with three residents cleared from quarantine and one fatality.

SCHOOLS
All schools in New Jersey remain closed in response to the new coronavirus outbreak, state officials said. MORE.

Monday was a catch up and collaboration day in the district, with remote learning set to resume on Tuesday. The next school board meeting is currently scheduled for April 21, with a budget hearing scheduled for April 28.

MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT

Cinnaminson municipal buildings remain closed until further notice. The next regular meeting of Township Committee is scheduled for April 20. Republic Services has told township officials that their trash collection services might experience additional delays as the trash company has been hit hard by the coronavirus.
