Local Musician Mike Romano to Perform at Westfield Friends School
The dulcimer musician will perform on May 16.

Mike Romano, a Philadelphia-based hammered dulcimer musician will perform at Westfield Friends School on Saturday, May 16, 7 p.m.
Romano is an author of original music and a lover of traditional folk. His
Romano will play a mix of traditional folk and original music. The concert is sponsored by the Greater Pinelands Dulcimer Society and is free and open to the public.

His unique dulcimer stylings are based in Celtic, Americana, and New Age influences. His career has featured inclusion into an eclectic array of bands and recordings, and has taken him to play for (and even host) a myriad of events of all types and sizes.
His original music is inspired by Celtic reels, prog rock epics, and bluesy fingerpickin.’

Third grade students at Westfield Friends will also take to the stage to perform on mountain dulcimer, one of the many instruments that students learn how to play.
Refreshments will be served.
Westfield Friends is located at 2201 Riverton Road in Cinnaminson.
