Man Exposed His Underwear To Kids At Target In Burlington County: Police

The suspect smirked at the children and pulled his pants down, authorities said.

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — A man pulled his pants down and exposed his underwear to children Monday at Target, police said. He was charged on a summons with fourth-degree harassment.

The incident occurred at about 3 p.m. in the Mount Laurel store. The victims told police that a man inside the store smirked at them and exposed his undergarments.

Officers found the man — later identified as a 22-year-old Mount Laurel resident — on nearby Marter Avenue. The Mount Laurel Police Department hasn't disclosed the suspect's name as of Wednesday.

The ensuing investigation revealed that the man intentionally pulled his pants down in front of the victims to expose his buttocks area, which his underwear covered, police said. The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office directed authorities to charge him with harassment.
