Man Gets Five Years for Assaulting Manager Critical of Work at Joint Military Base
Garrett Wiseman previously pleaded guilty to traveling between states to commit hit the manager with a car.

A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to five years in prison for his role in the assault of a construction site manager who had been critical of a restoration and rehabilitation project at Joint Base-McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Burlington County, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
The victim suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car being driven by Garrett Wiseman on June 9, 2010.
There were two other people in the car with him during the assault of the man who had been critical of the work being done by a company called Sands Mechanical Inc., a subcontractor on the project

Wiseman, 25, previously pleaded guilty to an information charging him in connection with his role in traveling from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to commit an aggravated assault in furtherance of an extortion scheme.
Wiseman will also serve three years of supervised release.
