Man Had Loaded Gun At Cinnaminson Walmart On Black Friday: Cops
A Pennsylvania man was arrested while in possession of a loaded handgun at the Cinnaminson Walmart on Black Friday, police said.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — A Pennsylvania man was found to be in possession of a loaded gun during a shoplifting incident at Walmart in Cinnaminson on Black Friday, police announced.
Cinnaminson police responded to the Walmart at 5:42 p.m. on Nov. 29 for a report of a shoplifter, police said Saturday morning. John A. Maier II, 40 of Levittown, Pa., was arrested without incident, police said.
As police searched him, they said they found a loaded Smith and Wesson handgun, as well as illicit drugs, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia.

Maier was charged with two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS), unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting. He was remanded to the Burlington County Jail awaiting a detention hearing.
