He was in critical but stable condition as of Monday.

A 29-year-old Burlington County man was hit by a car while walking on Route 130 at the intersection with Farnsworth Avenue in Burlington Township over the weekend, police said. Jonathan Seals, of Bordentown, was walking east across Route 130 at about 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, when he was struck by a 2013 Ford Edge, according to Burlington Township police.

Police said Seals was not in the marked crosswalk, while northbound and southbound traffic both had the right of way and were traveling on the green traffic signals when he was hit by the car, being driven by 58-year-old Linda Middleton, of Burlington.

Seals was taken to Helene Fuld Hospital for treatment. As of Monday, he was in critical but stable condition.
Anyone with information regarding this accident is asked to contact Sgt. Nucera of the Traffic Safety Bureau at 609-298-4300, ext. 2135.
