Man Indicted In Burlington County Woman's OD Death: Prosecutor
Terrance Walker has been indicted on charges he sold fentanyl-laced heroin in the overdose death of a Burlington County woman.

A Burlington County man has been indicted on charges he sold fentanyl-laced heroin to a woman who subsequently died of an overdose on the drug, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina announced.
Terrance D. Walker, 37 of Pemberton, has been indicted on charges of first-degree strict liability for drug-induced death, third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.
He was previously charged in the death of 21-year-old Tessa McCullough, who overdosed in her Pemberton home in May, authorities said. She was taken to a hospital in Mount Holly, where she was pronounced dead, according to authorities. Detectives said they traced the drug that killed her back to Walker.

Walker was arrested at a motel in Maple Shade by the Burlington County Sheriff's Department Warrant Unit, the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Pemberton Township Police Department in October.
He has been held in Burlington County Jail since his arrest, and the indictment was returned and signed on Jan. 9, according to authorities. An arraignment will be scheduled soon in Superior Court.

The case was investigated by the Pemberton Township Police Department, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office's Gang, Gun and Narcotics Task Force and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office's High-Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from the Mount Holly Township Police Department. Walker will be prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Jeremy Lackey.
