Man Killed His Cellmate In Burlington Co. Jail: Prosecutor

The suspect has been jailed since September, when he was charged with aggravated assault.

MOUNT HOLLY, NJ — A Burlington County Jail inmate was charged with first-degree murder after strangling his cellmate inside the facility, authorities said.

The investigation began Nov. 14, when corrections officers learned that Rondale Holloman attacked his cellmate, according to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office. The victim — Kenneth Bulle, 74, of Mount Holly — was pronounced dead inside the jail.

Holloman, 37, of Burlington Township, has been jailed since September, when he was charged with second-degree aggravated assault. Details on the incident that led to the arrest weren't immediately available.
