Mitchell met the girl in an online chat room two years ago, according to authorities. They began communicating via Skype, and an online sexual relationship soon developed. Authorities say this relationship lasted several months.
After learning of the relationship, the girl’s parents contacted authorities. As a result, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit seized a digital hard drive they found in Mitchell’s home.
