He pleasured himself and followed the teens, authorities said. Police are seeking other people who may have encountered him in the area.

MAPLE SHADE, NJ — A man faces charges after authorities say he masturbated in front of two teens at a dog park in Burlington County.

Maple Shade police were dispatched to the Collins Lane Dog Park at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday for the reported encounter.

The teens — both minors — first saw the man standing along a foot path at the park, police said. The man — later identified as Brian J. Miller — had his pants pulled down, exposing his intimate parts as he masturbated, according to law enforcement.

Miller, 52, of Maple Shade, motioned to one of the victims with a hand gesture to keep quiet, police said.

The victims tried to leave the area, but Miller followed them, authorities said. Uncertain of their best course of action because of their proximity in the park, the teens returned to the gazebo area. Miller began to masturbate again, police said.
