Man Shared Child Porn Online While Living In Cinnaminson: Police
Robert B. Kesling, who now lives in Hudson County, was arrested this week.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — A former Cinnaminson resident has been charged with possessing and distributing child pornography while living in the township late last year, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina announced.
Robert B. Kesling, 34, who currently lives in Harris, Hudson County, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Two of those involved distribution of child pornography and were second degree, while the other charge involved possession of child pornography and was third degree.
Kesling is accused of sharing the child pornography online in October, while he was still living in Cinnaminson. This included videos and images of a pre-pubescent girl involved in sex acts with men and animals, Coffina said.

The investigation began when the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit made the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office High-Tech Crimes Unit aware of what Kesling was doing online.
Kesling was arrested without incident at his home on April 3 by detectives with the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office and New Jersey State Police.
Before the arrest, detectives executed a search warrant at the home of a relative Kesling was staying with while he lived in Cinnaminson. Multiple electronic devices were seized and will be analyzed by detectives from the BCPO HighTech Crimes Unit.

The search warrant was executed by investigators from the Prosecutor’s Office, the Cinnaminson Township Police Department, the New Jersey State Police, and the United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
The investigation was conducted by the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit, which is a member of the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and the New Jersey State Police Cyber Terrorism Task Force. The lead investigator was BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit Detective Kevin Sobotka.
The case will be presented to a Burlington County Grand Jury to be considered for indictment. Kesling will be prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Stephen Eife, supervisor of the BCPO Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Unit.
