Man Stole $1M From Condo Associations, Including In Marlton: Cops
The man used misleading emails and forgery to steal the money, using it to pay debts and to purchase an $867,000 home, authorities said.

A Pennsylvania man has been arrested for stealing nearly $1 million from local condominium associations, including one in Burlington County, authorities in Pennsylvania announced. William C. Huyler III, 40, of East Marlborough, has been charged with theft, forgery, and related counts, the Chester County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Huyler, who worked in a high position at East Hill Property Management, employed a variety of deceptions to make the thefts between Jan. 2017 and Nov. 2018, authorities said. He targeted two different associations: Goshen Valley III Condominium Association in East Goshen, and Kings Mill at Kings Grant Condominium Association in Marlton, New Jersey.
His methods included misleading email exchanges with condo board members and bank representatives, money laundering using multiple bank accounts, false entries on the memo line in checks, and an array of forged documents, authorities said.
