Man Stole $2,300 In Cigarettes From Cinnaminson Wawa: Police

The theft took place early Monday morning, July 30. Police need help identifying the man who stole a box containing cartons of cigarettes.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man they believe stole $2,300 from the Wawa on Church Road early Monday morning.

The man first arrived at the store at about 3:30 a.m. on Monday, July 30, according to the Cinnaminson Police Department.

Initially, he bought a milkshake. He went outside the store and watched the staff inside. He then went back inside, ordered a sandwich, and went back outside to smoke a cigarette, police said.

Finally, the man walked back into the store, and went behind the counter when the cashier walked away, police said. The man picked up a box containing multiple cartons of cigarettes and fled the store, police said.
