The 22-year-old woman who hit Cullen stopped immediately, and has cooperated with police since that time, but no additional details on the investigation were available.

There will be viewings for Cullen at St. Charles Borromeo Church on Sunday afternoon, 2 p.m.-7 p.m. and Monday morning, 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. The funeral mass follows at noon.

Cinnaminson Police advised drivers to anticipate major traffic delays in that area at those times, and to plan alternate routes of travel.

Cullen was an all-American wrestler who graduated from Cinnaminson High School. He was engaged to be married and had a son who is less than a year old.

“Thank you to our community, the troopers and our family in blue, old friends, new friends, brothers, sisters, not to mention those who are donating in memory of their own fallen family,” the Memorial Fund post read.
