Moorestown Man Named Vice President of Delran Real Estate Company
Terrance J. Huettl has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President at the Whitesell organization.

A Delran-based real estate development company has named a Moorestown resident as its Executive Vice President.
Terrance J. Huettl has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President at the Whitesell organization, South Jersey’s largest privately owned real estate development firm.
Huettl previously served as the company’s Vice President of Development and has been active in South Jersey commercial real estate for 18 years. Huettl joined Whitesell in 1997 and had previously served as Vice President of Development and Leasing Representative.

In his new role Huettl will assist in the company’s strategic planning and ongoing efforts to enhance existing portfolio assets, in addition to his continuing oversight of engineering and build to suit opportunities.
Founded nearly 60 years ago, the Whitesell organization is a full-service commercial real estate development and management company. Whitesell’s Class A office, flex and industrial warehouse space comprise over 90 buildings and 9.3 million square feet strategically located in South Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania.
