New Albany School's Kindergarten Registration Begins This Week

The New Albany School will hold kindergarten registration for 2015-16 this week.

Registration dates are March 10 and 11, 6 p.m.-8 p.m.; and March 12, 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.

Children must be five years old before Oct. 1, 2015. Children are not required to attend orientation.

Parents looking to must provide an original birth certificate with the raised seal, along with four proofs of residency, including:

• book/rental receipt
• Driver’s license with Cinnaminson address
• Tax bill
• Court ordered custody (with Cinnaminson address)
• Utility Bill

The following immunizations are necessary:

• DTaP: (K-1st): A Total of 4 doses with one dose given on or after the 4th birthday, OR any 5 doses.
• Polio: (K-1st): A Total of 3 doses with one dose given on or after the 4th birthday, OR any 4 doses.
• MMR: 2 doses
• Varicella: 1 dose
• Hepatitis B: 3 doses

The following immunizations will be noted if your child has received them: HIB, Mantoux, Pneumococcal Vaccine, Influenza.
