New Cinnaminson Golf Coach Starts Off on Winning Note
The Pirates defeated New Egypt in the first match under Bret Jenkins on Wednesday.

New Cinnaminson High School boys golf coach Bret Jenkins picked up where previous coach Rick Masi left off: on a winning note.
Cinnaminson defeated New Egypt, 155-211, in the season opener on Wednesday, according to nj.com.
David Gall led the way with a 37, followed by Matt Haddon and Tim Jones with a 38 each to take the top three spots. New Egypt’s Mark Dempsey was fourth with a 40. Greg Shifter and Josh Elder each shot a 42, and Zach Howard shot 43 for Cinnaminson.

Jenkins takes over a team that was 14-2 overall and 8-0 in the Burlington County League Patriot Division last season. The Pirates also won the South/Central Jersey Group 1 title.
Masi will be Jenkins’ assistant coach, according to the Burlington County Times.
