New Hours For Burlington County COVID Test Site Begin March 1

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — The coronavirus testing site at Rowan College at Burlington County will have new hours beginning next week, officials announced on Wednesday.

The site at Rowan College at Burlington County, 900 College Circle in Mount Laurel, will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 a.m. to noon; and on Wednesdays, noon to 4 p.m., beginning March 1, according to the Burlington County Department of Health.

First responder priority testing will still be available from 8 a.m. to 9a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

No appointment is needed for testing. Testing is open to symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals, and it is free, whether a resident has insurance or not. Insurance information will be collected from anyone who has insurance.

Burlington County also offers a home testing option. Participants must register online at www.homecovidtest.org to obtain a mail-order test kit and instructions on how to schedule a Zoom tele-health meeting with a health care worker to oversee sample collection.

As of Wednesday morning, 30,342 Burlington County residents have tested positive for the coronavirus since the pandemic began. There have been 695 confirmed deaths and 68 probable deaths.
