NJ House Of Worship Security To Be Discussed In Burlington County

An information session will take place at the Burlington County Library in Westampton next month.

WESTAMPTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security will host an information session about its House of Worship Security Program next month. The session will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the auditorium of the Burlington County Library, 5 Pioneer Boulevard in Westampton.

The program is for religious leaders, security coordinators and members of all faiths and denominations. The event will include an active shooter response training and information about security strategies, grant opportunities and resources available through the Department of Homeland Security.
