NJ's Highest Snowfall Total Reported Near Cinnaminson
The area may exceed its snowfall total from all of last winter by 7-fold in 1 storm.
RIVERSIDE, NJ — Riverside has New Jersey's highest-reported snowfall total from the winter storm.
The township received 3.5 inches of snow as of 9:52 a.m. Tuesday — tied for the state's greatest measurement — according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
That would exceed the snowfall from all of last winter — about half an inch, per the state climatologist — by seven-fold.

Greentree in Cherry Hill and South River, Middlesex County, also showed 3.5 inches of snow. Wall Township in Ocean County trailed with 3.4 inches.
Three Burlington County locales registered 3 inches of snow — Moorestown, Mount Laurel and Columbus. No totals have been reported from Cinnaminson as of this writing, but measurements around the county have ranged from 2.5 to 3.5 inches.

The totals are subject to change, especially with forecasters predicting that more snow in the afternoon.
A winter weather advisory is in effect until 4 p.m. Tuesday, with the NWS predicting an additional inch of snow and a light glaze of ice during the afternoon. The advisory extends to Camden, Gloucester, Salem and northwestern Burlington Counties.

Here's the NWS's latest forecast for Cinnaminson:
- Tuesday afternoon: A chance of snow, mainly before 3 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 33. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
- Tuesday night: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 13. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
- Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 24. West wind 10 to 15 mph.
