No. 9: Burlington County Firefighters Were Among the Busiest in 2013

The Cinnaminson Fire Department responded to 73 fires and had 1,304 responses in 2013, according to the Burlington County Times.

Overall, Burlington County firefighters were the ninth busiest in the state last year, responding to 14,546 incidents, according to the report.

This included 4,202 emergencies and 1,023 fires. This was down about six percent from 2012, according to the report.

There were 21 firefighter deaths and no injuries, but 60 civilian fire deaths in the county, according to the report.
